We have moments when we might have \u2018 slagged\u2019 in pursuing our purpose because of life\u2019s struggles but He is always waiting with arms wide open. So , when you feel it\u2019s time to step right back up, know that you are never alone. Your purpose is still where you left it at. You can pray \u201d show me my purpose Lord\u201d no wrong in that but I feel we should praying \u201d Lord, where can I start from or continue from? I feel like you are leading me to this, should I go ahead?\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My spiritual life equals my physical life. So how do I practice healthy habits or seek healthy habits that will change my life. I go back to my healthy morning habits that will help me face my trauma and see me though this weight loss journey and finally being able to get back on track with God and my physical situation. I am a brand new me and I have finally opened the curtain and with God&#8217;s grace , I am not going back to that valley no more. We need to \u2018wake up\u2019 from our slumber as humanity is thirsty for our gifts and our presence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We should also not be comparing our lives with others, some of us have been called to hospitality to smile at people and hug them, others have been called to the screens with microphones, to speak up in boldness without shame, and more so others behind the screen or any public scene. Whether staying at home and pouring your love to those tiny ones or in the corridors of the corporate world, shining Jesus\u2019s love and kingdom principles in an environment that is thirsty for it. I pray we all discover what is that thing, we have been called to do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why does God keep waking you up each morning? We can\u2019t pour out from an empty heart. On the other hand, we can\u2019t keep \u2018hiding\u2019 and soaking up, we need a channeling out ~ a system that operates in balance of flowing in and out. That\u2019s why we are here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> We ought to be both a Mary and a Martha in kingdom work. Wisdom is realising when you have been in one of the season\u2019s for too long and doing the necessary. Have you been soaking up too long and feel like God is nudging you to get back out there?, or have you been leaking out and pouring out for so long and feel like you are no longer speaking from the vine but more so adding your own words? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank God in His mercies and grace for being patient with us. But in His patience, there is still a gentle nudge and whisper calling out His sons and daughters to take up their positions and be His hands and feet in this world. Lean in , and take up space with the confidence that you are not doing it alone and in your own might. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has your back. \u201cIt\u2019s time child\u201d He whispers. During the 20th week anatomy scan, I was found to have an \\u2018\\u2019incompetent cervix\\u2019\\u2019. This could not be explained as my 1st pregnancy was stable and the baby was even born post EDD. My aim is to raise awareness of incompetent cervix (IC), coping with an IC pregnancy and the various interventions available to avoid pre-term labour. With this page, I hope I can embark on this healing process by writing and sharing my experience and all the aspects we have already experienced with our previous pregnancy with Olivia Amali and finding strength in this journey. In this page, I will talk about this last pregnancy, life with IC, our stay at the hospital, life after being discharged and living a life of continued hope and trust in our God who knows it all. As serious and emotional this story will be, I hope the words brings life, light, joy , awareness, comfort and hopefully some moments of laughter to someone. I hope that this platform will bring encouragement to families, those still waiting for their rainbows after years of fertility treatments, miscarriages, still births, pre-mature deaths and fellow grieving mamas in general especially those who can not find the words to express themselves.
